Can I subscribe before my trial is over?

What payment methods are supported?

Credit cards are accepted online. Credit card charges will appear as Time Off Cloud and/or Meta Section, LLC.
In some cases, we will accept check payments. Please reach out to support for more information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

There is a cancel button on the Subscription screen. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account will be closed immediately.

Are there any other fees?

There are no hidden fees.
In some cases, sales tax may apply to this subscription.

Do you charge any setup fees?

We do not charge a setup fee. All of the functionality necessary to setup and manage your organization is built-in.

We do offer a “Concierge” setup service. There is a nominal charge for this service. If you are interested, please reach out to support for more information.

How are the number of users calculated?

For monthly plans, the user fee is based on the number of users on your account at the beginning of each monthly billing period.

For yearly plans, the user fee is based on the number of users on your account at the beginning of the yearly billing period. Periodically, you may receive an additional prorated invoice for new users you have added since the beginning of your yearly plan.
